Who We Are
We exist to create connections. Since 1974, Assam Companies has been a prominent player in the Sioux Falls real estate market, serving the Midwest region. Founded by Fred Assam, our roots trace back to a local pharmacy in East Sioux Falls, eventually expanding into real estate as Fred Assam Commercial Real Estate. In 1998, Sam joined the company, shaping Assam Companies into what it is today. Our extensive history spans various real estate roles, from brokerage and development, to legal reviews and advisory services.
